A Bilet service fee of 1.5–4.5€ per ticket will be added to the ticket price.

The evening concerts at Vanha 123 are rated 18+, while other events have no age restrictions.

Tickets sold at the door are available only by cash or credit card.

The discounted ticket price is available to low-income individuals.

The cheapest ticket at Taidehalli is the children’s ticket. Children under 6 can attend the concert for free.

A “customer + assistant” ticket is also available, which includes an assistant.
The assistant may attend the event for free with the customer using the same ticket. If asked, the need for an assistant must be verified at the event venue with either a visual impairment card, an EU disability card (A designation required), or a parking permit for people with mobility impairments, or by contacting info@porvoojazzfestival.com.
